We engineer machpay with privacy-first principles. This policy outlines how we handle information for agent developers, partners, and community members.

Data we process
- Account information you choose to share with us, such as email, team name, and billing contact.
- Operational logs generated by machpay infrastructure, including request metadata, settlement receipts, and agent identifiers.
- Community information gathered via Discord and product feedback programs for the purpose of improving developer experience.
How we use data
- Deliver and support the machpay platform, including real-time fraud prevention, settlement reconciliation, and uptime guarantees.
- Provide customer support, product notifications, and security advisories to teams integrated with machpay.
- Research and develop new functionality while ensuring any published insights are aggregated and anonymized.
Sharing & retention
- We do not sell personal data. We only share information with vetted sub-processors required to operate the product (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics).
- Access to payment logs is restricted to key personnel under strict least-privilege policies and hardware-backed security.
- We retain settlement records to satisfy regulatory and audit requirements; all other telemetry is minimized and subject to deletion requests.
Your controls
- Request access, updates, or deletion of personal information at any time by emailing privacy@machpay.xyz.
- Configure data residency preferences and retention windows inside the machpay console (Settings → Compliance).
- Opt out of non-essential communications via the link contained in every email or directly in the console.
